Sandy Beach

Sandy beach has a view that you will not forget, located on Oahu’s South shore. The scenery consists of huge mountains that are filled with rich green trees and plants. You can look out to what seems like the never-ending waterfront of blues, greens and turquoise colors. The name describes how the wind picks up the sand and whips it across the beach, getting the name Sandy beach. Sometimes you will get hit with the wind sand leaving you with a slight stinging sensation. When you visit this beach you have to be aware of its dangerous waters, it is known for causing the most broken necks and backs in the world. The cause of this is its rough waters and vicious currents. Do not be deceived by the very young surfers out there, they have been doing this for years.
